Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Personalised Products

Most of our Products are made to your specification (including anything with a child's name, photo, or Bespoke-tier artwork), so the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right does not apply. Design work begins as soon as your Order is placed, so cancellation is only possible as follows:

• Before you approve the final design: you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, covering design and processing work already done.
• After you approve the final design: production begins immediately, so the Order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

This does not affect your right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a Product is Faulty.

Non-Personalised Products

For standard Ready-tier items held in stock, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at your own cost unless Faulty.

Full Refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund (including delivery charges) if:

• we fail to deliver within 40 days of your Order date; or
• the Product is Faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the fault, and no later than 14 days after receiving it.

Digital Products

Once a download has started or access has been granted, the right to cancel is lost unless the Digital Product is Faulty.

How to Cancel or Report a Fault

Email team@thinkhealthandwellness.com with your Order number. We will confirm your Order's stage before processing any cancellation or refund. Physical Products should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
