The delivery delay was frustrating, even though I liked the product.
The coloring book itself is great quality, but the shipping timeline dragged down the overall experience.
"The personalized Magic and Fantasy coloring book itself is genuinely great quality, nice thick pages and charming illustrations that my kids enjoyed working through. Where I ran into issues was with delivery, which took noticeably longer than the estimate given at checkout, and there wasn't much communication in the meantime about the delay. The product itself deserves a higher rating but the overall experience was dragged down by the shipping timeline."
A printing or packaging issue left some of my Mealtime Prompt Cards stuck together, and one was unreadable.
Customer support was polite, but the replacement took longer than I'd hoped.
