Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Your selected shipping method

2. Shipping Rates by Destination

Because our printing, personalisation production, and warehousing are carried out by our printing partner, based in the Philippines, all shipping timeframes reflect international shipping and are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Free Shipping

Where a free shipping threshold or promotion applies, this will be clearly stated on the Site or at checkout.

4. Multiple-Item Orders

If your Order contains more than one Product, We may deliver it in instalments, for example if items are produced or warehoused at different locations. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for this.

5. Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

Because physical Products are dispatched from the Philippines, your Order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges when it enters your delivery country — including the UK — depending on how it is shipped and cleared.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout and are your responsibility as the importer, unless We state otherwise before you pay. Customs policies vary by country, so We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
