If the physical item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted due to our error, or if we made a personalization error, we'll provide a 100% refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or video showing the issue.

If a digital drop contains a personalization error caused by our mistake, it will be corrected and redelivered at no additional cost.
