Make Your Own Play Dough (Optional)
If you don’t have clay dough or play dough at home—or prefer not to use store-bought versions—you can easily make your own! Homemade play dough is soft, safe, and customizable, making it a great alternative for the activities in this book.
Homemade play dough is safe and non-toxic, since you control the ingredients. You can choose the colors, scents, and textures, and it’s often cheaper than buying it. Freshly made play dough stays soft and pliable, and making it together is a fun family activity.
